The World of Child

The World of the Child is complex and multifaceted. When a helper is able to explore the various aspects the client is able to feel validated, supported, and understood to name a few positives. Context of the child's concerns is so important. As you work with children consider the seemingly invisible aspects to support the child. Ultimately, as Kuhnley mentions in her book "The Mister Rogers Effect", the child needs an available, responsive caregiver to explore their world, which becomes the balm covering all aspects of their world (Kuhnley, 2020).
