A "Pom" is short for "Pomodoro", which is Italian for "tomato". The Pomodoro Method was developed by Francesco Cirillo and serves as a time managment strategy. The Pom Squad uses the method literally for work, but also figuratively as a way for express how we want you to engage with us!
